VESDA is a latest technology in fire detection solutions. VESDA stands for Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus which is a trademark of Xtralis. It has an aspirator which detects fire much earlier (as much as 90% time) than traditional spot types detectors. Hence it can notify people earlier by using alarm bells/beacons. As earlier detection is possible, it significantly reduces the chance of damages.
